This is a relaxed, get-to-know-you conversation with one of our People Team. We’ll chat through your skills and experiences, what you’re looking for in your next move, and what drew you to apply with us.

It’s also a chance for us to tell you a bit more about who we are as a business - our mission, vision and culture - and give you the inside scoop on the role. Think of it as a friendly exchange - part intro, part info-sharing, and all about getting to know each other better! 🌟
Stage 3

1st Interview

In this round, you’ll meet with the hiring manager and another member of the team. We’ll dive deeper into the key skills and capabilities needed for the role, and explore how your experience could set you up for success here. This chat is all about getting into the detail of the role, while giving you a real feel for the team and how we work 🙌
Stage 4

2nd Interview

In this round, you’ll meet some key stakeholders and senior leaders you’ll be working with closely. We’ll focus more on behavioural and leadership-style questions, giving us a sense of how you approach challenges, collaboration, and decision-making. It’s also a great opportunity for you to connect with more of our leadership team and get a clearer picture of how we work together. We want you to walk away with a strong sense of the role, the people, and the impact you could make.

Coffee Chat

This is our last little catch-up before we wrap things up! You’ll be chatting with the hiring manager in a relaxed, informal setting - think of it as a coffee chat rather than a formal interview. It’s the perfect time to ask any final questions, chat through anything on your mind, and make sure you’re feeling cool, calm, and excited about what’s next. We want you walking away with all the info you need, and with everyone feeling confident and connected 🌟
